We make yomogi dumplings using Tana's wormwood and rice flour.
Farmers will teach you how to make wormwood dumplings carefully.
The classroom wormwood is grown in a field near the Yokohama Agricultural Cooperative Tana Branch, and rice flour is made by milling local rice.
