１．First of all,

"Copy certificate" refers to a book proving that it is a copy of the boundary survey map such as the road ledger area line map and road waterway stored by the city.

The boundary line you want to be certified in red (when requesting multiple locations and multiple drawings, please write the serial number in the upper right)
※The scale is not specified, but if you use the proof of the road ledger area line map and output from the Yokohama City Administration Map Information Providing System "Yokohama no Michi", the size should be A3 and the scale should be 1/500 please.

４．Fees

The fee is 300 yen per copy for the road ledger map, and 300 yen per copy per storage drawing for boundary survey map.
