When requester of copy certificate determines that burial of boundary mark is necessary, please apply to Motoichi as before, and please perform boundary restoration.
１．First of all,
A "drawing copy" proves that the local road account book area line map (boundary survey map such as road waterway) matches. Prior to the request, the claimant will investigate and measure the presence or absence of a boundary mark on site. If the distance between the road ledger area map, etc. and the local city boundary mark exceeds the tolerance or if there is no city boundary mark, apply for a boundary survey to Public Works Office, restore the boundary mark, and then "Draw copy" Is possible.

４．Delivery of drawings
It takes about one month from reception to delivery.
The person in charge will contact you when the transcript is completed.
If the claimant is a land and house investigator, a land surveyor corporation, or a surveyor, it will be issued in about two weeks under certain conditions.

The fee is 600 yen per pencil. If the billing point spans several brushes, the number of brushes will be 600 yen (x number of copies requested).
５．Withdrawal of grant request
When withdrawing the grant request, please submit a document stating the withdrawal of the request and the date of withdrawal.
