The drawings that have been finalized and created in this way can be viewed in Public Works Office in each ward in the "Boundary Survey Map for Roads".※

Boundary surveys such as road waterways have been applied at the Public Works Office of each ward, but boundary surveys such as city boundaries are conducted by the Road Investigation Division, and this has been determined by the Road Investigation Division.

When it becomes necessary to carry out boundary investigation in owner of land in contact with road waterway of city border, we submit the next documents to Road Investigation Division and apply.

（４） Land entry certificate or entry summary (issued within 3 months for the lot number of the application site)

(６) Power of Attorney (when delegating the authority to witness and consent regarding the boundary survey to a person other than the applicant)

※The consent of the owner of the land adjacent to the application With the registration form, the applicant shall explain the purpose of conducting a boundary survey with the owner of the adjacent land prior to the application, and obtain the consent of the witness. The document confirming this consent is "registration form consent of the owner of the application adjacent land". This confirms that you will respond to the witness consultation and do not agree to the boundaries.
