About online consultation

Overview

We will start online consultation on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, regarding the contact services related to development handled by the Road and Highway Bureau Maintenance Division and Road Administration Division.

Target business

Sign installation notification: Prior consultation, explanation of public facilities manager after sign answer, etc.
Article 32 Consultation: Prior consultation, confirmation of contents after submission of application, etc.
Others :Consultation on development

Date and time of implementation

As a general rule, from 9:00 to 12:00 on the day of opening

How to make a reservation

(1) Reservation contact-Schedule adjustment

Please contact the department you want to consult by phone or email. (We will adjust the schedule of online consultation with the person in charge.)
Once the date and time of implementation is determined, please enter required items to the organization email address of the department in charge and send the email.

※Please attach a file such as other materials necessary for consultation.

(2) After the schedule is finalized

The person in charge will send you an email with the necessary information to enter the online meeting.
※If you do not receive the e-mail even on the day of the consultation, please contact the following contact information.
※Depending on the duties of the person in charge, the date and time may be changed from here.

(3) On the day of consultation

Please enter the online meeting approximately 3 minutes before the start time. When the reservation time is reached, the person in charge will enter the room. If you enter the room late, please contact us separately.

Notes

・Online consultation is required in advance. Please note that if you do not have a reservation in advance, we will not be able to respond. In addition, we may not be able to respond due to the deployment of terminals or the work of the person in charge.
・Communication fees will be borne by you. Before using online consultation, be sure to check your Internet environment, such as your Wi-Fi.
・In principle, online consultation will be conducted by Microsoft Teams.
・Due to security reasons, the camera will be set to off. Online consultation is assumed to be a call while sharing drawings, etc.
・The consultation time per consultation is limited to 30 minutes in principle. Please note that consultation may be canceled if the time is exceeded.
・Recording and recording of the consultation is strictly prohibited.
・Personal information obtained through consultation will not be used for any purpose other than consultation without consent, except as required by law.

About electronic application

Overview

 At present, the City Planning Act Article 32 consultation (hereinafter referred to as "Article 32 consultation") is being reviewed by submitting paper documents.
In addition to the submission of past paper documents from Tuesday, November 5, 2024, we will start accepting applications by the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System.
 However, when receiving a consent consultation form, etc., three copies of the latest consultation form are required on paper.

Target projects

 Only Article 32 consultations for the reception of the Road Administration Division can be handled. (You cannot apply for the reception of Public Works Office.)
For details, please refer to the column of the consultation submission destination on the check sheet of the sign installation notification.

The area of the development area is less than 1,000 square meters and there is no attribution of roads.

How to apply

 It becomes application in "Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system (outside site)". Please note that user registration is required. Please note that other application methods such as e-mail cannot be used. ①Log in to the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System
②Select the procedure for "Consultation (change consultation) proposal on public facilities (roads) accompanying development activities"
③Application with required items, attached drawings, etc.
④Completed electronic application
⑤Confirmation of contents in Road Bureau Administration Division (If there is any deficiency or an email will be sent about progress.) 
⑥After receiving the application documents, you will receive an email.
⑦Content examination in the relevant section
⑧After the examination is completed, the Road Administration Division will issue a consent agreement.
(At the time of grant, please submit three copies of paper consultation.)
