The main local road Harajuku Rokutsu Uragasa intersection is a major transportation hub where prefectural road Harajuku Rokutsuura (Ring Route 4) and prefectural road Ofuna Station Yabe, city road Kasama No. 139, and city road Kasama No. 142 intersect. . At present, chronic traffic congestion is occurring due to the complex shape of the intersection.
In this project, we are working to reduce traffic congestion and improve safety by improving the shape of the intersection and developing a four-lane prefectural road Harajuku Rokutsuura. We are also promoting disaster prevention and reduce disaster damage measures, such as undergrounding existing waterways and eliminating underground electric poles.
