Equipment
Reading seats
You can use a reading seat with a table. Chairs and sofas are separate from the reading seats.
General seats (33 seats)
It can be used by high school students and above. You can use it freely without seating cards. Computers can be brought in, and there are 7 seats with power.
Reference book seats (12 seats) and seats for adults (4 seats)
This is a seat for those who use library materials. Please use the general seat when studying. Please call the registration window when using because it is a seat that requires a seat tag.
Children's seats (27 seats)
This is a seat in the children's book area, which can be used by infants to junior high school students. In addition, when using children's books, it can be used by high school students and above.
Copier
We have a coin-operated copy machine.
Printing in black and white is 10 yen per sheet.
Printing in color is 50 yen per sheet for B5 / B4 / A4 size and 80 yen for A3 size.
Wireless environment
Public wireless LAN (FreeSpot)
Internet can be used on PCs that comply with WiFi standards.
Please refrain from using the following because it is intended for use for research and research purposes.
- Game Terminals, etc.
- Connection to websites that are offensive to public order and morals
- Download, upload, and use of file exchange software (annotation)
Note: Please refrain from doing so because it will place a load on the line.

Computers for Internet browsing
There are two personal computers for browsing the Internet. Please apply in the registration guide when using it.
- Limited to browsing the website for the survey.
- It is not possible to send or receive emails.
- Storage media such as USB memory are not allowed to be brought in or used.
- It is not possible to print out.
- Use of personal computers such as chats, games, posting on bulletin boards, word processors, etc. are not allowed.
- Downloads, software installations, program modifications, and changes in various settings are prohibited.
- Access to sites that are offensive to public order and morals is prohibited.
- Some sites cannot be viewed due to the filtering software.
- Please use the Internet at your own risk.
Online Database browsing service
We provide a database browsing service that can be used over the Internet. The database can be printed for a fee. Please apply at the registration window.

book return box
There is book return box at the post office side of the Tsuzuki Ward General Government Building. Books can be returned after the Tsuzuki Library is closed or on closed days.
If you are coming by car, please refer to "About parking lot use" in "Traffic Access".
My bottle spot
As a spot for my bottle, there is a water cooler.
Enlarged reading device
The print can be enlarged from 3 times to 45 times.
Anyone can use it.

A picture book I met for the first time
This section is a collection of picture books for 0 to 3 years old.
This is a collection of works published in the pamphlet "Picture Books to Enjoy on your knees", which contains information on children's songs, lists of picture books, and library information useful for parents.
The first story corner
This section is a collection of books for the lower grades of elementary school.
Foreign Language Children's Book Corner
In addition to picture books and stories in English, German books are also available.
Children's Book Research Corner
This is a corner that collects a list of picture books and children's books, books on story-telling methods, and research books on children's literature.

We accept applications for use of personal computers for Internet browsing.

We accept up to 6 books per person.

We will help you find the information and books you need. Please feel free to contact us.
Cash and cashier
We accept payment of materials (house maps, etc.) stored in the library and counter of the Tsuzuki Library.
Cloth picture book
We accept rental and return of cloth picture books.
Group loan
We accept registrations on a group basis and book lending and reservation.
For more information about group lending, please see "Services for reading groups."
Reuse paperback
It is located at the entrance of the Tsuzuki Library. By reusing (reuse) books that are no longer needed at home, we aim to reduce garbage. If you have a book that can be provided, please bring it directly. Please note that the provided books may be used as library books.
