About use of parking lot
When the library is open
Those who use the library can use the parking lot of Tsuzuki Ward General Government Building. Parking is charged, but those who want to borrow or return books at the library are free for 30 minutes. There is a charge after 30 minutes. Please obtain a fee reduction certificate at the library.

When using the book book return box at the time of closing
8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on closed days
After using the book return box, please use the machine at the entrance of the library. The 30-minute fee will be reduced.
There is a guide for certification at the entrance of the library.
From 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.
Please obtain certification at the night reception desk. The 30-minute fee will be reduced.

From closing time to 10:00 p.m.
Please obtain certification at the night reception desk. The 30-minute fee will be reduced.

From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. the next day
Please leave within 15 minutes after entry, including the time required to return the book.
If you exceed 15 minutes, you may be charged a parking fee from the time of parking.
