Approximately 450,000 ancient and early modern waka poems are recorded for each song collection, and the original song, author name, song number, etc. are described. Teshisenshu ※In addition to waka collections such as 1, it also contains waka poems published in stories and diaries, making it a culmination of Japanese waka. Each volume of the songbook has an index, which can be drawn from all phrases of the song. There is no comprehensive index for all volumes.
The CD-ROM version, which can be viewed at the PC Research Corner on the 3rd floor, allows phrase search, vocabulary search, songbook / song number search.
