Yokohama City Library is looking for "magazine sponsors"!

　We are looking for sponsors to donate magazines and newspapers to Yokohama City Library.
　We ask for your cooperation so that the materials and information provided to citizens can be further enhanced and the library becomes a "local information base" that can help citizens investigate and research. .
　Please use it as a "place for PR" for local companies and organizations!

　If you donate a magazine to the library as a magazine sponsor, you can place an advertisement on the magazine shelf and the cover of the latest issue of the magazine.
　Magazines are popular among library materials and are used by many people every day.
　In particular, the latest issue is always located in the museum because there are many requests for use. (*There are some exceptions.)
　＊In the case of newspapers, the method of posting advertisements differs depending on the location of the advertisement, so please consult us in advance.

I will put your advertising sticker on the magazine shelf. (Up to 10cm long x 15cm wide)
＊Please deliver in advance when printed on a re-deletable seal.

I will attach your advertising flyer to the cover of the latest issue of the magazine. (up to magazine size)
＊Please print on one side, put it in a clear file, etc., and deliver it in advance.

The company name, location and contact information will be posted on the Yokohama City Library website.

We can expect PR effect to Yokohama citizen!

☆The annual number of visitors to Yokohama City Library is
　 About 830,000 in Chuo-toshokan and about 6.39 million in 18 buildings.

　Within one to two weeks after the application is accepted, Municipal Central Library will send you a “Selection Notice” and “Consent Form”.
　Please fill out the "Consent Form" and return it to your seal as soon as you receive it.

　We will examine the advertising content of advertising stickers and flyers. As a result of examination, based on "Yokohama-shi insertion standard", we may ask for correction such as advertisement contents. Municipal Central Library will contact you as soon as the screening is completed.
　After the screening, please deliver the actual advertising stickers and flyers directly to the library that delivers the magazine at least one week before the contract period.

　Magazines and newspapers selected at the time of application, which were published during the contract period, should be delivered to the library you wish to donate within 3 business days from the date of release by mail or carry-in.
　※Please inform the applicant as soon as the delivery method is decided.

　　◆In order to revitalize the local economy, apply for a subscription at a local bookstore and deliver it by delivery from the bookstore.
　　◆Purchased at bookstores near the company and delivered directly to the library.
　　◆Please apply for a subscription to the publisher and deliver it by mail from the publisher.

　The magazine sponsor business is implemented as one of the advertising business in Yokohama.
　About business type or contents of advertisement, please observe "Yokohama-shi insertion summary", "Yokohama-shi insertion standard", other advertisement-related regulations.

• Please indicate in the advertisement that it is an advertisement.
• Advertisement stickers and flyers may be requested to be delivered again if there is dirt damage.
• The contract may be canceled during the contract period, such as when sponsorship magazines are not delivered within 3 business days from the release date, or when sponsorship magazines are suspended during the contract period.
• For advertising stickers and flyers, please submit the advertisement manuscript at least one month before the contract period, and review the advertising content under the above conditions.
• Based on Yokohama-shi insertion summary, we may ask for correction such as advertisement contents. Thank you for your understanding.
• At least one week before the contract period, please deliver the completed advertising stickers and flyers to the application hall (must arrive). If you do not deliver by the deadline, you may not be able to place an advertisement, but please note that refunds will not be possible even in that case.
