"Handbook for Diversity & Inclusion Diversity & Inclusion and Workplace Creation"
Last update date January 4, 2023
For the purpose of promoting understanding of sexual diversity for companies and businesses, we have created a handbook that summarizes workplace problems, examples of what can be done in the workplace, and revisions to the Power Harassment Prevention Law.
Working to support LGBT and other sexual minorities in a company will lead to the creation of a workplace where not only the parties involved, but also everyone who works there, can work comfortably without feeling the stress of prejudice and discrimination. "Diversity & Inclusion (diversity and social inclusion)" sounds stiff, but everyone regardless of their own, family, child care, nursing care, illness, etc. It is important for everyone who works there to create a workplace where they can work like themselves.
