Application Location

We accept application in Yokohama-shi depreciable assets center and any ward office in the city and issue it. But, about proof that we can issue in ward office, it becomes until four years ago.

The handling of certification is only at the Yokohama City Depreciable Assets Center and the Ward Office, and is not handled at the City Hall and the Administrative Service Corner.

○ A person who can apply

 Only the following persons can apply for certification.

(1) The person (taxpayer / owner), his / her heir, or a corporation that inherits the tax obligation through a merger.
(2) In addition, those who are allowed to request certification as legal under the provisions of the law.

○ What is required for application

(1) Documents (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.) that can identify the person who came to the counter for application are required.
 In addition, if the person who came to the counter is not the person himself, a document that can confirm that he is the above "person who can apply" is also required.

<Example> When the applicant's proxy/agent applies
 It is necessary to present documents that identify proxy/agent's identity and submit a power of attorney.
 ※ The proxy/agent name stated in the power of attorney matches the name of the document that can identify you. The power of attorney is seal in the letter of attorney.

(2) If the applicant is a corporation, the application form or power of attorney must have the seal, the seal of the representative of the corporation or the representative of the business office.

○ How to pay the fee

 Certificate fees issued by the Depreciable Asset Center will be paid in cash. Please note that e-money is not available.
 ※ Yokohama Revenue certificate stamp was abolished on January 29, 2020. For more information, please see the "Income certificate stamp."

(※1) Electronic money can be used by transportation, WAON, nanaco, and Rakuten Edy. In addition, payment in combination with cash and certificate stamp

(※2) Please include the required amount for postal fixed amount money order without excess or deficiency.

○ When applying by mail

 Please mail the following documents to the Yokohama Depreciable Assets Center.

(1) Application for Certification of Fixed Assets (Depreciable Assets)
 Please fill in required items in the thick frame of the application form and fill out the Phone number outside the frame.
 We can download application style from page of "download of styles, guide such as reports (thing about depreciable assets)".

(2) Fixed postal money order for commissions
 It is sold at the post office.
 Please include the required amount for postal fixed amount money order without excess or deficiency.
 When applying for proof of depreciable assets statement items, please contact us in advance and check the required amount.

(3) Reply envelope
 Please put a stamp and fill in the address.
