As a general rule, National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) has a contribution system in which insurance premiums are paid. However, for the first insured person, a fixed amount of insurance premiums is required. Therefore, statutory exemption and maternity exemption that exempts the payment of insurance premiums if they meet predetermined requirements, and application exemptions that exempts the payment of insurance premiums due to low income etc. (Full / part), if the person is under 50, there is a system called postponement of payment if the person is under 50.
In addition, if the student is below a certain level of income, it is expected that the student will pay the insurance premium after graduation, etc., without asking the parents to pay the insurance premium. There is a special student payment system in which payment is deferred.
