Please create a "fare discount certificate" at each facility referring to the following forms, and present it at the time of boarding or purchasing a ticket.

• If the disabled person on board with the caregiver is an infant (under 6 years old), the disabled person is free and the caregiver is discounted.
• In addition, the discount fare will be applied to caregivers and attendants only if they are accompanied by the disabled person who is eligible for the discount for the disabled. Discount fares do not apply if the caregiver / attendant rides alone (including pick-up, etc.).

※Rounding is rounded up to the nearest 10 yen, subways are rounded up, buses are rounded off.
※When you receive a discount, please present your notebook and discount certificate. (No discount on special copy and welfare tickets is available.)
Please bring your notebook and discount certificate as you may be required to show it when boarding other than purchasing a ticket.
※If you are linking with the digital disability certificate "Mirairo ID" and "Minor Portal", you can substitute the presentation of the notebook by presenting the Mirairo ID. (Even if you replace the presentation of your Mirairo ID with the presentation of your notebook, you need to carry your notebook (no copy allowed).)
