- One-day tickets purchased on the "bus" and "bus ticket vending machines" cannot be refunded.
- Advance tickets cannot be sold if purchased in a bus car or a bus ticket vending machine. If you would like to make a reservation in advance, please use "my route".
- Please be careful when purchasing at PASMO or Suica that contains information on one-day tickets for other bus operators. The municipal bus one-day ticket will be overwritten on the bus one-day ticket purchased earlier (the bus 1-day ticket information purchased after overwriting cannot be restored).
- An additional fee is required when using the late-night bus (IC / cash adult 220 yen, 110 yen for children). If you pay from the charge amount, the crew will set the fee after confirming the one-day ticket, so please touch it again and pay.
