Please purchase a one-day ticket for municipal subways and buses with the smartphone application "my route".
With a single smartphone, you can buy it anytime, anywhere, 24 hours a day, and just show the screen when you use it. It's safe and secure.

Characteristics of a digital one-day ticket

　◎You can purchase a one-day ticket on your smartphone 24 hours a day, anywhere.
　◎Simply present your smartphone screen (ticket) when purchasing and using it on the app. Everything is completed with a single smartphone.
　◎You can purchase it in advance. Purchased tickets are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. (You can keep it on the app.)
　◎Up to 2 adults and 3 children can be held. The maximum number that can be used at the same time is the same.
　◎It is valid only on the day of use. When using, please clearly show the ticket to the bus crew / station staff.
　◎Refunds can be made on the app before the start of use. The fee is 100 yen per sheet. Refunds cannot be made after the start of use.

What is my route?

　◆This is an MaaS application that allows you to search for routes that combine various means of transportation such as public transportation and bicycles, reserve and settlement functions for various tickets, and also search for gourmet and event information in cooperation with local shopping streets at the same time.
　◆It supports payment by credit card and TOYOTA wallet, and you can search for routes and reserve, pay, and use tickets with one application.
　◆It is compatible with multiple languages. (English, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Korean)

Type of 1-day tickets (means of purchase other than digital tickets)

1-day bus ticket

Your "IC card (including PASMO and Suica Mobile)" will be a municipal bus one-day ticket.
When using, please tell the crew that "with an IC 1-day passenger ticket".
Subways are not available with a one-day bus IC ticket.
※It is not possible to change or refund after purchase.

1-day bus IC ticket
Sales amount

600 yen for adults, 300 yen for children
※IC 1-day tickets for children will be sold only to PASMO for children or Suica for children.

Release location and effective dateIt is valid only on the day of release only in the bus.
You can't sell in advance. If you wish to sell in advance, please use "my route".
Payment methodSubtract the sales amount from the charge amount of the PASMO or Suica.
Can't be sold in cash.
Notes
  • Refunds and changes to other one-day tickets are not allowed.
  • There is no one-day IC ticket for the disabled one-day ticket.
  • There is only one type of IC daily boarding ticket that can be purchased for one PASMO. It is not possible to purchase more than one IC one-day ride ticket of another company at the same time. If you purchase an IC 1-day passenger ticket from a different operator to the same PASMO or Suica on the same day, the information on the IC 1-day passenger ticket purchased earlier will be deleted. Please note that the information on the erased IC1-day passenger ticket cannot be restored or refunded.
  • A separate fee is required when using the late-night bus (IC, cash 220 yen). If you pay from the charge, the crew will set the fee after confirming the one-day ticket, so please touch it again and pay.

Your PASMO will be a one-day subway ticket.
You can purchase it at the ticket vending machine at each station.
Even if you do not have a PASMO, you can purchase a new PASMO at a ticket vending machine and write your one-day ticket information. (A separate deposit fee of 500 yen is required.)
※Refunds are available only if they are not in use. (A fee of 100 yen is required.)

※IC 1-day tickets for children will be sold only to PASMO for children.

Release location and effective date

Available at subway stations (ticket vending machines, offices) and at Customer Service Center. It is valid only on the day of release.
You can't sell in advance. If you wish to sell in advance, please use "my route".

Payment methodSubtract the sales amount from cash or the charge amount of the PASMO.
Notes
  • There is no one-day IC ticket for the disabled one-day ticket.
  • It cannot be sold on PASMOs that already have a railway commuter pass or one-day ticket within the validity period.
  • It cannot be sold on other IC cards such as Suica.
  • When purchasing at a ticket vending machine, press the "PASMO One Day Ticket" button before inserting the PASMO card. (* If you insert the PASMO card first, the charge screen will be displayed.)

How to useIt is valid only on the day of release. Please pass through the card slot of the subway ticket gate. You can get on and off the Blue Line or Green Line as many times as you like.

How to useIt is valid only on the day of release. Please show it to the crew by bus. Take the subway through the card slot of the ticket gate. You can get on and off municipal buses, blue lines, and green lines as many times as you like.

This is a one-day municipal bus and subway ticket that covers sightseeing spots from Minato Mirai district to Yamashita Park and Chinatown.

This is a one-day ticket that combines the Keikyu Line free section, the municipal bus free section, and the Minato Mirai Line free section.

Refunds

One-day tickets sold at Transportation Bureau can be refunded only if they are unused (ICs do not have a history of use, paper type has no date, magnetic type has no punch holes). However, please note that bus IC 1-day passenger tickets cannot be refunded.
You will be charged a fee of 100 yen per day ticket.

About paper-style one-day ticket

Paper tickets other than discount tickets for persons with disabilities were discontinued on May 31, 2021.
Tickets that have already been purchased can be used as usual.
In addition, refund is also possible. (The fee is 100 yen.)
