• Commuter passes for practical training cannot be purchased with mobile PASMO or Apple Pay PASMO.

1. Please fill in required items and make two copies of the application form (the style differs between the bus and the subway) with the principal's seal. (No copy allowed)
2. Please mail both copies of the application form to City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau. Please enclose a reply envelope and stamp with the address of Address.
3. I will send you a copy of your application form with the seal of Transportation Bureau. (It takes about 2 weeks.)
4. Based on the returned application form, you will be asked to prepare a school certificate for practical training, and the school certificate will be issued. ※Please bring 1 and guide you to purchase a commuter pass.
