We will inform you about tickets that have already been released and services, and tickets that have been discontinued for refund handling.

Subway tickets
Ordinary tickets
All regular tickets, including refunds, have been discontinued. Thank you for your understanding.

Daytime discount tickets, weekends and holidays discount tickets
All daytime discount tickets and weekends and holidays discount tickets have been discontinued, including refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

Number of bus tickets
Municipal bus coupons were discontinued on March 31, 2018 with the spread of IC cards. Thank you very much for using it for many years.
Coupons issued by City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau (with no expiration date) can be used continuously. The shortfall can be paid by cash or IC card.
※Common coupons issued by other companies cannot be used at the moment (launched in 1997).
Refunds
Refunds are available only at the commuter pass sales office or the Customer Service Center. We do not handle it at the municipal bus office.
(Communication system is available only at the Yokohama Station East Exit Commuter Pass Release Office and Kami-Ooka Station Customer Service Center.)
The refund fee is 210 yen per book. In the case of a detached or old ticket, a fee will be charged for each book after converting it to a 5000 yen ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
Bus special (Bus use privilege service)
The "Bus Use Benefit Service" for PASMO and Suica has ended on Monday, May 31, 2021.
Benefit bus tickets granted by the end are valid for 10 years from the date of grant.
After that, please use municipal bus whole line commuter pass and various one-day tickets.
How to check the balance of privilege bus tickets
You can check it at the bus commuter pass sales office, customer service center, etc.
※You can't check at the station or ticket vending machine.
1-day plastic tickets
The release ended on March 31, 2018.
・Discount for persons with disabilities, etc. 1-day tickets: "Replacement for free paper-style one-day ticket" or "Refund at fee (100 yen / ticket)"
・Other than the above, 1-day plastic tickets: "Refund without fees"

※Please note that "refund of one-day bus ticket" is not possible at the bus sales office commuter pass sales window.
1-day paper tickets (excluding Minato Burari tickets and 1-day tickets for persons with disabilities, etc.)
Paper tickets other than discount tickets for persons with disabilities were discontinued on May 31, 2021.
Tickets that have already been purchased can be used as usual.
Refunds can also be made at the commuter pass sales counter (a fee of 100 yen is charged).

Family Environment One Day Ticket
The Family Environment One-Day Ticket was released on April 30, 2017, and ended on March 31, 2018.
Refunds will be made without any fees after April 1, 2018. Please bring your ticket to the nearest commuter pass office.
The refund period ended on March 31, 2023.
After April 1, 2023, refunds will not be possible even if you come to the commuter pass sales counter.
Short-distance commuter pass
Short-distance commuter passes have been released on March 16, 2018. Regarding common commuter passes, short-distance commuter passes have been released in all agreement sections. Nakayama Station North Exit-Kai-no-Saka, Kamoi Station-Takeyama housing complex Turnaround is at the same price as other sections.
Common bus card
All bus common cards, including refunds, have been discontinued. Thank you for your understanding.
