We will inform you about tickets and services that have already been released, and tickets for which refunds have been completed.

Subway Coupons
Passenger tickets
The release ended on March 31, 2022.
Daytime discount coupon tickets and holiday discount coupons
Sales ended on March 31, 2024.
Daytime discount coupons and Saturdays/holiday discount coupons purchased before the end of the sales period can be used as they are during the validity period (three months from the date of release).
Passenger tickets
Municipal bus coupons have been discontinued on March 31, 2018 with the spread of IC cards. Thank you for using it for many years.
Coupons issued by City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau (without expiration date) can continue to be used. The shortfall can be paid by cash or IC card.
※Coupons issued by other companies are not currently available (released in 1997).
Refunds
Refunds are available only at the commuter pass sales office or customer service center. We do not handle it at the municipal bus office.
(The communication system is available only at the Yokohama Station East Exit Commuter Pass Release Office and Kami-Ooka Station Customer Service Center.)
Please note that the refund fee is 210 yen per book. In the case of a separate ticket or old ticket, a fee will be charged for each book after converting it to a 5,000 yen ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
Bus special (Bus use privilege service)
The "Bus Usage Benefits Service" for PASMO and Suica ended on Monday, May 31, 2021.
Benefit bus tickets granted by the end of the term are valid for 10 years from the date of grant.
After that, please use the municipal bus line commuter pass and various one-day tickets.
How to check the balance of the privilege bus ticket
You can check it at the bus commuter pass sales office, customer service center, etc.
※You can't check at the station or ticket vending machine.
Plastic 1-day ticket
The release ended on March 31, 2018.
・Discount for persons with disabilities 1-day ticket: "Replacement for free paper-type 1-day ticket" or "Refund with fee (100 yen / sheet)"
・1-day plastic ticket other than the above: "Refunds with no fee"

Paper-style one-day ticket (excluding Minato Burari Tickets and one-day discount ticket for disabled persons)
Tickets other than discount tickets for persons with disabilities were discontinued on May 31, 2021.
Tickets that have already been purchased can be used as usual.
In addition, refunds are also possible at the commuter pass sales counter (100 yen fee will be charged).

Family environment 1-day ticket
Family Environment One Day Ticket was discontinued on April 30, 2017, and ended use on March 31, 2018.
Refunds will be made without any fees after April 1, 2018. Please bring your ticket to your local commuter pass sales office.
The refund period ended as of March 31, 2023.
After April 1, 2023, refunds will not be available even if you come to the commuter pass sales counter.
Short-distance commuter pass
Short-distance commuter pass has been discontinued on March 16, 2018. With regard to common commuter passes, short-distance commuter passes have been discontinued in all agreement sections. Nakayama Station North Exit-Kai no Saka, Kamoi Station-Takeyama housing complex Roundtable are also the same price as other sections.
Bus common card
All bus common cards, including refunds, have been discontinued. Thank you for your understanding.
