• You can take the municipal subway, municipal bus (excluding late-night bus), sightseeing spot tour bus (Akaikatsu), Kananaka bus (in the applicable area and 11 routes from Sakuragicho-sta. to Nakamurabashi) in the Minato Burari Ticket applicable area only on the boarding date indicated on the ticket.
• The boarding date must be specified at the time of purchase, and the staff will stamp the boarding date column. If it is difficult to do so, you can fill it out by yourself with oil-based magic before boarding first. However, please note that we will not be able to correct, refund, or exchange if the customer is incorrectly entered.
• The children's ticket has a triangular part in the upper right corner.
• If you pass through the applicable section, you will be required to pay a separate ordinary passenger fare for the transit.
• You can get on and off at the bus stops "Sankeien" and "Sankeien Entrance" in the "Sankeien area", but you cannot get on and off at the bus stop between the "Yokohama Minato area" and the "Sankeien area". (If you get on and off, you will be required to pay a regular passenger fare separately.)
• You can get on and off at the bus stops "Takigashira" or "Takeden Preservation Museum" in the "Takigashira area", but you cannot get on and off at the bus stop between the "Yokohama Minato area" and the "Takigashira area". (If you get on and off, you will be required to pay a regular passenger fare separately.)
• You can get on and off Minato Burari Ticket Wide at Shin-Yokohama Station, but you cannot get on and off at Kishinekoen-Mitsuzawashimomachi. (If you get on and off, you will be required to pay a regular passenger fare separately.)
• Unused tickets will be refunded at all subway stations and commuter pass sales offices (subway Yokohama Station, Yokohama Station East Exit) only up to the day before the boarding date indicated in the boarding date column. The fee is 100 yen per sheet.
• Information such as discount services of affiliated facilities can be confirmed with the QR code on the face of the ticket. Use is limited to the boarding date only.

The applicable area covers the MM21 area, where Yokohama's sightseeing spots are concentrated, to Yamashita Park, Chinatown, Isezakicho, Motomachi, Sankeien, Yamate and Yokohama Bridge!

※At Minato Burari Ticket Wide, you can get on and off at Shin-Yokohama Subway Station in addition to the section covered by Minato Burari Ticket.

If you do not use the Tokaido / Sanyo / Kyushu Shinkansen "Express Reservation" or "Smart EX", please use the usual "Minato Burari Ticket" and "Minato Burari Ticket Wide".

Customers traveling to Shin-Yokohama Station using the Tokaido, Sanyo, and Kyushu Shinkansen "Express Reservation" and "Smart EX".
(Customers who board the Shinkansen on the day before or two days before the release of "EX Minato Burari Ticket" with "Express Reservation" and "Smart EX")

If you are using an "EX Reservation IC card" or a transportation IC card used with "Smart EX", you will receive the "EX Usage Card (Seat Information)" output from the Shinkansen automatic ticket gate at the time of entry. If you receive and use the ticket, please show the "Usage Card" issued at the time of receipt of the ticket at the reserved seat ticket vending machine at the municipal subway Shin-Yokohama Station window.
"EX Minato Burari Tickets" (up to 2 tickets per person) will be released only once per "EX Usage Card" or "Usage Card".

"Express Reservation" and "Smart EX" are services provided by JR Central and JR West.
In order to use the service, you need to apply for membership to each company (with enrollment screening).
