If you use a transportation IC card used with an "EX reservation-only IC card" or "smart EX", you will receive the "EX use slip (seat guide)" issued from the Shinkansen automatic ticket gate at the time of entry. If you receive and use it, please show the "use slip" issued at the time of receipt of the ticket at the municipal subway Shin-Yokohama Station.
"EX Minato Burari Ticket" (up to 2 tickets per person) will be released only once per "EX Usage Card" or "Usage Voucher".

"Express reservation" and "Smart EX" are services provided by JR Central and JR West.
To use this service, you need to apply for membership to each company (with admission screening).
