You can buy a commuter pass for municipal transportation on your smartphone or mobile device.
Commuter commuter passes and commuter passes for those aged 13 and over are eligible. (Municipal buses only pass on all lines)
For more information about Mobile PASMO, see the PASMO page. It cannot be handled at the commuter pass sales window.

- Payment can be made by cash or credit card (Hama Eco Card only).
- If you are purchasing a commuter pass with Mobile PASMO or Apple Pay PASMO, you can apply on the app. (It is not available at each window.)

- The Customer Service Center will be closed from December 31 to January 3.
- You can charge the IC card at all of the above locations. However, commuter passes cannot be purchased with the remaining charge of the IC card.
- In the case of PASMO or View Suica that is integrated with a credit card or ID card, only those with a commuter pass function (those with a ticket printing space on the back) can purchase bus commuter passes (excluding ticket vending machines). In addition, subway commuter passes cannot be sold on these media.)
- A certificate must be presented for new release of a school commuter pass or continuous release when switching grades. (It cannot be purchased at ticket vending machines)
(※1) Includes commuter passes between subways and other railways.
(※2) At the time of refund, you will need a public certificate (license, passport, insurance card, student ID card, etc.) that can confirm that you are the holder of the commuter pass. To set up a proxy/agent, you will need a letter of attorney from the holder of the commuter pass, a copy of the official certificate of the holder, and a public certificate to confirm that you are proxy/agent. However, if you have purchased a commuter pass with the holder's credit card, you cannot set up a proxy/agent. (Please note that the sales office does not refund one-day tickets, etc.)
(※3) The paper type is only available for "Disability Discount Commuter Pass". (The paper-style "all-line commuter pass" was discontinued on March 31, 2022.)
