Municipal Subway Commuter Pass Ticket Sales Counter
Information on commuter pass sales counters for municipal subways.

You can buy a commuter pass for municipal transportation on your smartphone or mobile device.
Commuter commuter passes and commuter passes for those 13 years or older. (Municipal buses are only for municipal buses.)
For more information about mobile PASMO, see the PASMO page. Tickets are not available at the commuter pass sales counter.

- If you purchase a commuter pass with mobile PASMO or Apple Pay PASMO, you can apply on the app. (This service is not available at each window.)

- The Customer Service Center will be closed from December 31 to January 3.
- IC cards can be charged at all of the above locations. However, it is not possible to purchase a commuter pass with the remaining charge of the IC card.
- In the case of PASMO or View Suica integrated with a credit card or ID card, you can purchase a bus commuter pass only on those with a commuter pass function (with a ticket printing space on the back) (excluding ticket vending machines). Subway commuter passes cannot be sold on these media).
- Certificates, etc. must be presented for a new commuter pass or a continuous release when the school year is switched. (It cannot be purchased at ticket vending machines.)
(※1) Includes commuter passes between subways and other railways.
(※2) At the time of refund, a public certificate (license, passport, insurance card, student ID card, etc.) that can confirm the identity of the commuter pass holder is required. To set up a proxy/agent, you will need a letter of attorney from the holder of the commuter pass, a copy of the official certificate of the holder, and a public certificate that confirms the identity of proxy/agent. However, if you purchase a commuter pass with the holder's credit card, you cannot make a proxy/agent. (Please note that the sales office does not refund one-day tickets etc. at the sales office.)
(※3) Paper type is available only for "Disabled commuter pass for persons with disabilities." (The paper-type "Original Commuter Pass" was discontinued on March 31, 2022.)
