[Information for Facilities] Passenger fare discount

Please indicate required items on the "Pedient / attendant fare discount certificate" and present it at the time of boarding.

By JR East, users of facilities designated as "designated rescue facilities" can receive discounts by carrying a "rescued passenger fare discount certificate" and "travel certificate" .
Please submit the “Rescue Passenger Fare Discount Card” to the Care Support Section at least two weeks before use, and receive the “Rescue Passenger Fare Discount Card” in advance. The number of applications that can be applied is 10 to 200.
There is no style setting in the "Travel Certificate", so please issue it at each facility referring to the following.

Please send the rescued passenger fare discount certificate application to the Passenger Support Section Passenger Fare Discount Card Section (kd-yo-go@city.yokohama.lg.jp).
We will send you a discount certificate by mail at a later date, so please send us your receipt by e-mail after receipt.
