[Information for Facilities] Passenger fare discount

Please indicate your required items on the "Patient / Attendant Fare Discount Certificate" and present it at the time of boarding.

Users of facilities designated as "designated rescue facilities" by JR East can receive discounts by carrying the "Rescue Passenger Fare Discount Card" and "Travel Certificate" .
Please submit the "Rescue Passenger Fare Discount Certificate" to the Nursing Support Section at least two weeks before use, submit the "Rescue Passenger Fare Discount Certificate" to the Care Support Section and receive it in advance. Please note that the number of applications that can be applied is 10 to 200.
There is no style setting for the "Travel Certificate", so please issue it at each facility referring to the following.

Please send a rescue passenger fare discount certificate application form to the Nursing Support Section Passenger Fare Discount Card Section (kd-yo-go@city.yokohama.jp).
A discount certificate will be sent by mail at a later date, so please send your receipt by e-mail after receipt.
