Sounding-type market research

　Regarding the former Yokohama City Isogo Haym, located at 3-chome Okamura, Isogo-ku, Yokohama, owned by Yokohama City, we are examining the possibility of building and land use based on local requests.
　Prior to the recruitment of businesses, we conducted a “sounding-type market research” with the aim of grasping the intentions of private businesses and market trends through “dialogue” with private businesses, etc. We would like to use it as a reference when considering the possibility and open recruitment conditions.
