A person who operates the following facilities and businesses (hereinafter referred to as “nursery schools, etc.”) in Yokohama City, who rents a nursery dormitory and makes a nursery teacher live there

1. Authorized nursery schools
2. Center for Early Childhood Education and Care
3. Small-scale childcare business
4. Yokohama Nursery Room, which has been approved for the Transition Plan
5. In-house nursery schools
6. Home-based childcare business

Among full-time nursery teachers working at nursery schools, etc., those who are up to the end of the fiscal year of the 10th year from the fiscal year to which the employment start date of the subsidized business belongs. However, full-time nursery teachers shall be those who have been engaged in childcare for at least 120 hours a month. In addition, it is not targeted for assistance when facility manager and housing allowance are paid.

3/4 of the rent of the rented dormitory and the sum of the utility fee and management fee (subsidized standard amount) will be provided to corporations as subsidies. (Upper limit of subsidy standard: 82,000 yen)
The remaining 1/4 is stipulated to be borne by corporations.
