About the 2024 nursery teacher awareness survey results

　While childcare needs are diversifying and the demand for childcare workers such as nursery teachers and kindergarten teachers is increasing, the shortage of childcare workers is becoming more serious, as the number of students enrolled in training schools is decreasing. Securing is an urgent issue. This survey was conducted with the aim of utilizing it in effective policy development by investigating the awareness of nursery teachers in order to support measures and retention of nursery teachers. .
