The Yokohama City Nursery Teacher Consultation Service is set up for childcare workers in Yokohama City with the aim of pursuing "the best interests of children."
We provide consultation support so that nursery teachers can enjoy childcare and fully demonstrate their power and potential.

It applies to nursery teachers working at the following childcare facilities in Yokohama City.

• Authorized nursery schools
• Center for Early Childhood Education and Care
• Small-scale childcare business
• In-house childcare business
• Home-based childcare business
• Yokohama Nursery Room
• Kindergartens that carry out custody childcare business such as Yokohama-shi private kindergartens or Yokohama-shi private kindergarten acceptance promotion business

■ First consultation
Please enter required items in the "Consultation Counter Form" on the dedicated website (external site).
In principle, we will respond within 3 days from the day after the reception date.

■ Consultation for the second and subsequent times
Consultations for the second and subsequent times will be made by e-mail, telephone, or ZOOM, according to your wishes.
Except for e-mail, we will adjust a convenient date and time from 9:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday on weekdays, from 15 to 60 minutes.
