We hold Konan Sports Center field tour and open call for participants briefing as follows.
1 Date and time of Tuesday, May 26, 2015 From 1:00 pm
2 Venue Konan Sports Center (1-2-30 Hino, Konan-ku, Yokohama)
3. Number of participants shall not exceed 3 per group. However, if a joint venture (hereinafter referred to as a “joint entity”) is planned by multiple corporations and other organizations, the entire constituent organizations will be considered as one organization.
4 Participation application If you wish to participate, please send the "Application Form for Konan Sports Center in Yokohama City" (Attachment 24) to the Konan Ward Regional Promotion Division facility by fax or e-mail by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 25.

[Caution]

As we do not distribute open call for participants essential point, duties standard on the day, please print out document from homepage of Konan-ku, Yokohama, and bring with you.
Groups applying for the designated manager, please participate in local tours and application briefings as much as possible.
When applying at a joint venture, employees (staff) of all constituent organizations should participate as much as possible.
On the day, we will check the documents (business cards are acceptable) that prove that you are an employee (employee).
Organizations that fall under “(5) A disqualifications” described below cannot participate.
Visiting on days other than on-site tours and application briefings are not restricted, but we will not respond to any guidance or questions. In any case, photography and recording of documents in the office is prohibited.
