During the designated period, corporations and other organizations that can safely manage and operate the target facilities safely and smoothly (including joint ventures jointly by multiple organizations). Applications cannot be made individually.

Selection method

Designated candidates and runner-up candidates will be selected by screening of application documents and interview screening.
