The Konan Ward Office is looking for fiscal year appointment staff to assist in Tax Division municipal tax affairs.

2 Main Business Activities
Simple business among municipal tax levy duties
Arrangement of materials, simple system input, sorting of mail, citizen correspondence on floor, etc.
※In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)
3 Employment Period
From Saturday, February 1, 2025 to Friday, March 21, 2025
4 Eligibility
(1) Being motivated and interested in the business
(2) Basic operation of a personal computer (entering characters and numerical values)
(3) Being able to respond politely to citizens
5 Working conditions
(1) Work location
Tax Division City Tax Section on the third floor of the Konan Ward Office
4-2-10, Kounan, Kounan-ku, Yokohama-shi
(2) Identity
Fiscal year appointment staff based on Article 22-2 of the Local Public Service Act
(3) Compensation, etc.
Wages: 10,320 yen per day (1,376 yen per hour)
Commutation allowance: Payment based on regulations such as salary of the staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year and expense compensation
(4) Working hours
From 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. (including one hour break)
(5) Days that do not require work
Saturday, Sunday, national holiday, transfer holiday
Holiday: Annual leave, anniversary leave, etc. (The number of days granted varies depending on conditions)
(6) Social insurance, etc.
I'm going to join employment insurance. Depending on the conditions, you may join employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association) or Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin).

※Please write "Tax Division Municipal Tax Administration Aid (adopted on February 1)" in the column of "affiliation name".
※ Please write your name on the back of the photo and attach it to the application form.
(2) Essay form (Please fill in your own form.)
(3) Reply envelope (with Address name on an envelope with a 110 yen stamp attached)
※If you bring it directly, you can accept it from 8:45 am to 5:00 pm during the application period (limited to weekdays).
※Documents submitted will not be returned.
※The personal information provided at the time of selection will not be used for any purpose other than office work related to recruitment selection and recruitment.
However, the personal information of the recruiter will be used as personnel information.
8 Selection Method
(1) Interview
Conducted at the Konan Ward Office between January 8 (Wednesday) and January 14 (Tuesday), 2025 (planned)
(2) Pass / fail notification
Notification of results will be sent out within one week after the interview, regardless of pass or fail.
