We are recruiting staff for the fiscal year to be appointed as a maternal and child health coordinator at Konan Ward Children and Families Support Division.

(2) Fill out form (designated form) (word: 19KB)
(3) Copy of license of public health nurse or midwife or nurse
(4) 1 reply envelope (with a 110 yen stamp attached and fill in the reply destination Address name)
