We are looking for an appointment staff for the fiscal year to be engaged in Vaccinations and other affairs at Konan Ward Office Health and Welfare Division.

Business description
Konan Ward Health and Welfare Division Vaccinations, etc. Health promotion
・Issuance of implementation request forms, application for reduction of taxes, issuance of certificates, etc.
・Telephone, window inquiry correspondence business, office work assistance related to health promotion
※Disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)
Application requirements
⑴ Basic operation of a personal computer (entering Excel words, terminal operation, etc.)
⑵ Being able to respond to telephones and counters
⑶ Do not fall under the grounds for disqualification regarding recruitment stipulated in Article 16, etc. of the Local Public Service Act

About selection
⑴ Document selection (first selection)
The results of the selection will be notified by mail. (Scheduled to be shipped around July 22, 2024)
⑵ Interview selection (second selection)
The date and time of the interview will be notified to successful applicants in the notification of the results of the first screening.
The interview is scheduled for Tuesday, July 30. (about 20 minutes)
About physical checkup at the time of employment
Depending on working conditions, you may be asked to consult physical checkup at the time of employment.
