Duties
Administrative assistance in Regional Promotion Division, Konan Ward
- Event management assistance (preparation, operation assistance at event venues, totaling questionnaires, etc.)
- Other assistance of staff (preparation of sending items, mail, document arrangement, copy and scanning, creation and input of materials such as tables, double check, schedule adjustment, meeting room preparation, minutes preparation, etc.)
- Telephone and counter reception (transfer to the person in charge)
- Other duties approved by the head of the department ※ Including disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Working days and working hours
Work four days a week from Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays and year-end and New Year holidays)
From 8:45 to 17:15 (1 hour break)

Salary, etc.
Daily amount: 9,150 yen (planned) ※Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) and end-of-term diligence allowances are provided separately.

Appointment period

※If your work performance is good, you may be re-appointed up to four times in a row, regardless of open call for participants.
※Due to the application of the Local Public Service Act, the recruitment will be conditionally adopted, and if the number of working days in one month after recruitment does not meet 15 days, the conditional recruitment period may be extended.

Primary selection
Documents will be selected based on the application form for the fiscal year appointment staff (first style designation form) and composition.
