We recruit Konan Ward child care supporters who provide consultation on child care and support for child care groups.

(1)　Those who have an understanding and enthusiasm for child care support and can spend the time required for child care supporter activities
(2)　Those who are physically and mentally healthy
(3)　As a general rule, those who live in Konan Ward, who are fully aware of the local situation and can consult with caregivers.
(4)　Those who have a certain level of knowledge and experience in raising children
(5)　Those who can participate in training conducted by Child and Youth Bureau and the ward
　　・Delegation Ceremony, Child and Youth Bureau New Training: Thursday, September 12, 2024 13: 30-16: 30 (planned)
　　・Training to be conducted in the city: 3 days in September 2024 (planned)

(1) Activities　
　①　Exchange support for caregivers at citizen use facilities in the city, child care consultation (once a week)
　②　Support for activities to local child-rearing groups
　③　Regular liaison meeting in Health and Welfare Center (once a month)
　④　Planning and implementation of workshops related to local activities and human resource development for child-rearing supporters (appropriate)
　⑤　Other operations that City of Yokohama, Child and Youth Bureau deems necessary

(3) Working Conditions

　①　Working days
　　A. Child care consultation, support for caregivers, etc.: In principle, every Monday morning (2 hours to 3 hours)
　　B. Regular Liaison Meeting: Once a month (irregular, afternoon)
　　C) Others: For child care group support and other necessary tasks, adjust the working days when necessary.
　②　Remuneration
　　　5,760 yen per activity (FY2024)
　　(Activities 4. Remuneration for regional cooperation and human resource development activities is ¥2,880 per activity)
　　　※At the end of the month, the amount deducted from the income tax withholding tax amount will be paid.
(4) Delegation Period

　　From mid-September 2024 to March 31, 2026

　　※Activities as supporters are from October 1, 2024, but to attend the training.

　　　Commissioned from mid-September 2024. Successful applicants will be notified of the official schedule of the commencement of delegation.

　　※From fiscal 2026 onwards, the term of office will be renewed for two years after reviewing the continuous delegation.

　　　However, renewal cannot be made beyond the last day of the fiscal year in which the person reaches the age of 70.

　 Please write your frank thoughts, such as what you have learned from the experience of raising children and the child care support required for the current child care generation.

(1) Document selection (primary selection) The primary selection will be based on the application documents.
(2) Interview (secondary selection)

(3) Pass / fail notification
