We recruit Konan Ward child care supporters who provide consultation on child care and support for child care groups.

(1)　Those who have an understanding and enthusiasm for child care support and can spend the time necessary for child care supporter activities
(2)　Those who are physically and mentally healthy
(3)　As a general rule, those who live in Konan Ward and have sufficient understanding of the local situation and can provide consultation with caregivers.
(4)　Those who have a certain level of knowledge and experience regarding child care for infants
(5)　Those who can participate in training conducted by Child and Youth Bureau and the ward
　　・Delegation ceremony, newly appointed Child and Youth Bureau Training: Thursday, September 12, 2024 from 13:30 to 16:30 (planned)
　　・Training to be conducted in the ward: 3 days in September 2024 (planned)

(1) Activities　
　①　Exchange support for caregivers at citizen-use facilities in the city, child care consultation (once a week)
　②　Support activities for local child-rearing groups
　③　Regular liaison meeting (once a month) in Health and Welfare Center
　④　Planning and implementation of workshops related to local activities and human resource development of child-rearing supporters (as appropriate)
　⑤　Other duties deemed necessary by City of Yokohama, Child and Youth Bureau

　　Citizen-use facilities in Konan Ward

(3) Working conditions

　①　Working days
　　Oh, child care consultation, exchange support of caregivers, etc.: In principle, every Monday morning (from 2 hours to 3 hours)
　　B. Regular liaison meeting: Once a month (irregular, afternoon)
　　C. Others: For child care group support and other necessary duties, we adjust working days when necessary.
　②　Compensation
　　　5,760 yen per activity (FY2024)
　　(Activity 4 Regarding regional cooperation and human resource development activity remuneration, ¥ 2,880 per activity)
　　　※At the end of the month, we will pay the amount after deducting the income tax withholding tax amount.
(4) Delegation period

　　From mid-September 2024 to March 31, 2026

　　※Activities as a supporter began on October 1, 2024, but in order to attend the training, we will conduct training.

　　　It will be delegated from mid-September 2024. Successful applicants will be notified of the formal schedule of the delegation.

　　※From 2026 onwards, the term of office will be renewed for two years after reviewing the continuation commission.

　　　However, renewal cannot be made beyond the last day of the fiscal year in which the child reaches the age of 70.

　 Please write your frank thoughts, such as what you learned from your child-raising experience and the child-raising support needed for the current child-raising generation.
