In Yokohama City Apolexy and Spinal Nerves Center, boxes (posts) have been installed near outpatient spaces and in day corners in ward offices to receive opinions from everyone. If you have any notices when using this hospital, please let us know your voice as it will be used as a reference for future service improvement.

Results of Satisfaction Survey
In order to further enhance medical care and services by grasping how patients feel about the medical care and services provided by our hospital and appropriately reflecting the results in hospital management We conduct a patient satisfaction survey once a year.
In fiscal 2024, the program was held in November and December.
Thank you very much for the cooperation of many patients.
We take the opinions received seriously, and all staff will strive to create a better hospital.
