2024 Hospital Management Policy
In this hospital, a new hospital management policy to achieve the goals set forth in the "Yokohama Municipal Hospital Medium-Term Management Plan 2023-2027", such as improving the comprehensive quality of medical care and supporting a comprehensive community care system, in order to extend the healthy life expectancy of citizens Was formulated.
In fiscal 2024, major events such as reforming the work style of doctors, receiving hospital function evaluations, and updating the medical information system are scheduled, and while steadily advancing these initiatives, we will also make efforts to establish a management base that can withstand the harsh business environment and create a comfortable work environment through hospital DX, thereby further demonstrating our presence as a professional public hospital.
Hospital DX Promotion Basic Policy
In order to solve medical and management issues associated with the declining birthrate, aging population, and the COVID-19 pandemic, our hospital has established a basic policy for promoting DX (Digital Transformation) that aims to contribute to people's health and lead a more happy life by utilizing data and digital technology, and by transforming all elements of the organization in an innovative, agile and cooperative manner. From fiscal 2024 onwards, we will start full-scale DX initiatives after formulating specific strategies and roadmaps based on this policy.
