Ordinance for Enforcement of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Yokohama City Hospital Business (revised part) October 3, 2003

Thing which is going to receive designation of designated manager must submit designated application (nineth style) to the mayor.

The documents set forth in the preceding paragraph must be accompanied by the business plan prescribed in Article 8, Paragraph 2 of the Ordinance and the following documents.

• (1)　Documents related to medical care to be implemented at port hospitals
• (2)　Documents related to port hospital management plan
• (3)　Documents concerning the assignment of staff at port hospitals
• (4)　Other documents deemed necessary by the mayor

The chairperson shall be set up in the Yokohama Municipal Port Hospital Designated Manager Evaluation Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”) pursuant to the provisions of Article 10 of the Ordinance.

The chairperson shall be determined by mutual election of the members.

The chairperson shall represent the committee and preside over the duties.

If the chairperson has an accident or the chairperson is missing, a member appointed by the chairperson in advance will represent the duties.

The committee meeting shall be convened by the chair and chaired by the chair.

A committee cannot hold a meeting unless at least half of its members are present.

General affairs of the Committee shall be handled by the Health Bureau.

In addition to what is provided for in the preceding three Articles, necessary matters concerning the operation of the Committee shall be determined by the Chair in consultation with the Committee.
