About holding of "Yokohama City Port Hospital designation manager evaluation committee"

The first "Yokohama Municipal Port Hospital Designated Manager Evaluation Committee" meeting will be held as follows to investigate and discuss the designation of designated managers of Yokohama Municipal Port Hospital, which is scheduled to open in 2005. I will let you know.

We investigate and discuss designation of designated manager of Yokohama City Port Hospital which is scheduled to open in 2005.

By the middle of January, 2004, we hold evaluation committee about four times and investigate and discuss designation of designated manager and report result to the mayor.

２．About the 1st Committee

(1)　Date and time of the event

Wednesday, November 12, 2003 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

(2)　Venue

Special meeting room on the 5th floor of Yokohama City Hall

(3)　About hearing

In the first committee, we will prepare a space (capacity 15 people) that can be observed by the general public. Reception of hearings will be accepted at the next reception place between 1:00 pm and 1:30 pm on the day, and if there are many applicants for hearing, it will be decided by lottery after the reception deadline. If the capacity is less than the capacity, it will be accepted at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis until the committee time. Please note that if the committee decides to keep it private depending on the content of the proceedings, you may be asked to leave on the way.
