7th plan (plan period: FY2018 to FY32)

As a comprehensive plan for the smooth implementation of various health and welfare services for the elderly and the long-term care insurance system, we clarified the issues to be addressed and set goals.

In February 2018, we formulated the Yokohama Community Comprehensive Care Plan (7th Yokohama City Elderly Health and Welfare Plan and The Long-term Care Insurance Business Plan).
