Recruitment of citizen opinions in the seventh plan

About conduct of public comment (citizen opinion offer) about the seventh plan draft
We raise opinions, suggestions for the seventh Yokohama-shi elderly person health welfare program, The Long-term Care Insurance business plan (Yokohama community comprehensive care plan) draft.
Opinions received will be used as a reference for future plan development and measures for the elderly. We will not respond individually, but we will report the results compiled at a later date to the Yokohama City The Long-term Care Insurance Management Council. Documents of the meeting are announced and can be viewed on the Yokohama City homepage and the Citizen Information Center (City Hall 1F).
Personal information obtained in connection with the submission of opinions will be properly managed in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance on the Protection of Personal Information in Yokohama City, and will be used only for work related to the formulation of the Seventh Yokohama City Elderly Health and Welfare Plan and The Long-term Care Insurance Business Plan.
