Proof of document disposal

The retention period for documents is determined based on laws and regulations of Yokohama City.
Documents that have passed this storage period will be discarded and cannot be proved even if an application is made.
In such a case, you can issue a "proof that the document has been discarded" by application. (The fee is 300 yen per copy.)
