Designation of Designated Administrator	end of December, 2015	We designate designated manager after decision in Yokohama City Council and notify designated group in writing and announce by place of Yokohama-shi public notice ceremony regulations.
Conclusion of an agreement	March, 2016	Ward and designated manager discuss and conclude basic agreement.
