　Regarding the `` Sogaya Kumin Festival '' scheduled to be held at Prefectural Hodogaya Park on Saturday, October 19, the condition of the venue due to bad weather in the morning and poor drainage of Ikoino Square Unfortunately, due to the deterioration (see below), unfortunately it was unavoidable to cancel the event to avoid confusion among visitors and store stalls.
　We were sorry that we couldn't meet the expectations of everyone who had been looking forward to holding the "Sogaya Ward Festival" and everyone who cooperated for the event.

[Status of Venue]
Many puddles were seen in the exercise open space, including inside the tent, and it was predicted that the scaffolding would deteriorate due to vehicles entering and exiting the venue to open the store.
In addition, the white line of the parking lot of the temporary parking lot in the sports square disappeared due to rain, which could lead to a vehicle accident.
On the concrete of the Ikoino Square, there was a puddle of about 10 to 15 cm in depth and about 20 m x 3 m, including in front of the opening tent, making it difficult to walk.
