[Status of the venue]
Many puddles were seen in the sports plaza, including inside the tent, and vehicles entering and exiting the venue to open the store, which is expected to worsen the scaffolding. .
In addition, the white line of the parking lot in the temporary parking lot in the sports square disappeared due to rain, which could lead to a vehicle accident.
On the concrete in Ikoino Square, there was a puddle of about 10 to 15 cm deep, including in front of the store tent, about 20 m x 3 m, making it difficult to walk.
