• Being listed in the general competitive bidding participation qualified person list of Yokohama-shi or to be registered before concluding the contract.
• It is expected that the location classification of the general competitive bidding participation qualified person list of Yokohama City is registered in "city" or "quasi-city" or that it is registered until the contract is concluded.
• The main purpose is not to be religious or political activities.

The following companies are not eligible to apply.

• A person who falls under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Order
• At the time of application documents submission, those who have taken measures such as suspension of participation in general competitive bidding in Motoichi or nomination suspension of designated competitive bidding
• Those who have delinquent corporate tax, consumption tax and local consumption tax for the last year
