• Being listed on the list of qualified applicants for general competitive bidding in Yokohama City or being registered before concluding a contract.
• The location classification of the general competitive bidding participation qualification list in Yokohama City is registered in "city" or "quasi-city" or is expected to be registered before concluding a contract.
• It is not the primary purpose of religious or political activities.

The following corporations will not be able to apply.

• Persons who fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Order
• At the time of submission of application documents, those who have received measures such as suspension of participation in general competitive bidding in Motoichi or suspension of nomination of designated competitive bidding
• Those who have delinquent corporate tax, consumption tax and local consumption tax for the last one year
