About 2023 Gaya meeting

Schedule: From Sunday, March 3, 2024 from 14:00 to 16:30
Venue: Karugamo 2nd floor meeting room (5-11 Kawabe-cho, Hodogaya-ku)
Participation fee: Free of charge
Target: Anyone who likes Hodogaya Ward! There are no restrictions, such as your home or age.

This meeting is a place where you can talk about what you usually feel, thoughts, and what you want to do in the future.
The theme this time is Zubari "100th anniversary of Hodogaya Ward System".
For the 100th anniversary of the constituency system to reach in 2027, please tell us your thoughts.
On the day, you will select your favorite field from the four fields ("future", "children", "attractiveness" and "connection") and divide them into groups and exchange opinions.
Participants vary, such as age, gender, and attributes.
It would be a place to find someone who can do the ideas that are warming up together.
It would be nice to have a chance to talk with people who don't usually interact.
Feel free to enjoy this meeting!

Hodogaya Ward wants to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the constituency with the residents (*), and hopes to excite them together.
We are looking forward to creating a system that allows us to consider the ideas that came out of this meeting together with the people we have met here.
Please let us know what you have always wanted to do and what you want to do on this occasion. The ward office will back up!
