FY2022 ICT utilization support project (supporting ICT utilization in local activities!)

We set up an environment where web meetings (Zoom) can be held at Sogaya Citizens' Activities Center Hours. Even those who do not have a computer or tablet at home can also participate in web conferences from the Gagaya Citizens' Activities Center. There is also an operation manual, so even beginners can use it with confidence.

Please make a reservation at the hour window in advance (first come, first served).

・It can be used only when involved in social activities.
・Use is limited to 2 hours.
・It can be used as a guest (participant) side of Zoom meeting. It is not possible to use it on the host (organization side).
・Please prepare the meeting ID and passcode for the meeting you are attending in advance.

We set up environment where web meetings (Zoom) can be held at the district center community house in ward. If you do not have a computer or tablet at home, you can also participate in web conferences. There is also an operation manual, so even beginners can use it with confidence.

Please refer to each inhabitant of a ward use facility (district center, community house) in ward for usage method, use rule.

・Use for private use is prohibited only for non-profit and public activities.
・Limited to the use of web conferences using Zoom (web conference system).
・Only those who have their own Zoom account can use it as a host (or organizer).
・If you are a guest (participant side), please prepare the meeting ID and passcode for the meeting you are attending in advance.

Based on the new lifestyle, we will dispatch advisors to support the use of ICT to the activity locations of each group so that new activities utilizing ICT can be developed.

"NPO PC Yokohama-juku" is an organization established by graduates of the "IT Training Volunteer Training Course" sponsored by the city. Free personal computer consultations are held at five venues in the city. You can consult about web conferences, how to operate Word / Excel, how to use e-mail, and operate tablets and smartphones.
