Notice of recruitment of shoppers of soya lunch boxes

In Hodogaya Ward synthesis Government building site, we carry out lunch of restaurant in ward.
In addition, each company has to prepare lunch box to carry out transportation and sale of lunch from each store to ward government building by trust company of ward.

Month, water and Friday from Monday, January 18, Reiwa 3 (planned) to Friday, March 12, Reiwa
※The actual sales date of each company will be a part of the period.
※The period is subject to change depending on the situation, including the application status.

The maximum limit is 20 stores.
※Please note that if the number of applicants is large, it may be a lottery. In addition, in the case of a large number of applications, priority will be given to shoppers such as sole proprietors in the city and ingredients from Hodogaya.

Not required. (Every business operators will only need to prepare lunch boxes that will serve as products.)

If you want to open a store at the Sogaya Lunch Festival, you will need to participate in the store briefing held in advance (businesses who have not participated in the store briefing session cannot open a store) .
Businesses wishing to open a store or are interested in opening a store, please participate in the store briefing session.
In addition, the documents required for this application for opening a store will be announced at the store briefing.

Date and time: From 14:00 on Tuesday, November 10th

※All of them can participate by zoom, but there are conditions, so please refer to the application guidelines for details.

17:00 on Thursday, October 29 (postmark is valid in the case of mail)
※When opening a store, it is a prerequisite for opening a store, attendance at the “Gotogaya Bento Festival Store Briefing Session”.
