New city hall maintenance basics design (March, 2013 development)

 About maintenance of new city hall, we pushed forward investigation, examination based on report (PDF: 727KB) issued by "Yokohama-shi new city hall maintenance council" in January, 1995.
 In the "Yokohama City Medium-Term Four-Year Plan" formulated in December 2010, we set the goal of "developing a new city hall maintenance basic plan by 2013", and while proceeding with the examination, March 2011 The Great East Japan Earthquake occurred in March.
 In May 2012, the Special Committee on Investigation of New City Hall was established in City Counsil in May 2012, in response to calls for the early development of the City Hall to serve as a command tower in the event of a disaster.
 The "New City Hall Maintenance Basic Design" organizes the basic philosophy, function, scale, maintenance location, etc. of the New City Hall from June to November 2012, mainly by the Special Committee. After hearing opinions from citizens from December to January 2013, we compiled it.
