Outline of New City Hall Maintenance Plan
Last Updated February 2, 2021
"Basic maintenance of new city hall" which we established in "basic philosophy of new city hall maintenance" and "new city hall maintenance basic plan" (March, 2014) established in new city hall maintenance basics design (March, 2013) Based on "policy", we pushed forward concrete examination about building plan in 2014 and arranged design requirements for order of construction.
The examination process and results (“Building Placement Plan and Traffic Line Plan” and “Building Plan (1st to 3rd floor plan, assembly function, administrative function, earthquake resistance and environmental technology)” were presented to the City Counsil (Standing Committee: Committee on Policy / General Affairs / Finance) in December 2014 and May 2015.
