About donation prohibition of companies with a certain relationship with Yokohama City
Please note that companies that have the following relationship with Yokohama City are prohibited from donating related to the election of members of the Yokohama City Council and The Mayor of Yokohama (hereinafter referred to as "Yokohama City Elections") or donations related to political activities. .
The outline is as follows, but please contact us for any questions.
１．Parties with Yokohama City and other contracts with special interests
The parties to the contract are prohibited from making any donations in relation to the election of Yokohama. Contract contracts refer to contracts for civil engineering projects, contracts for payment of goods, specific transportation contracts, and special use contracts for facilities, etc. Even if a party to a contract other than a contract, if the ratio of profits to the entire contract is particularly large compared to normal cases, or if the profit ratio is normal, it involves a special or exclusive profit. Donations are prohibited.
２．Companies and other corporations receiving loans from financial institutions provided by Yokohama City.
During the following period, donations related to the election of Yokohama City will be prohibited.
From the day when the financial institution was notified of the decision to grant interest subsidies from Yokohama City to the day one year has passed since the date of grant of the interest reimbursement.
However, loans related to test research, research, and disaster recovery are excluded.
３．Companies, labor unions, staff groups and other organizations are prohibited from donating for political activities (including election campaigns), except for political parties and political funds organizations.
This regulation applies to all companies and organizations, regardless of whether they have a relationship with Yokohama City. The term "other organizations" herein refers to all industries, cultural organizations, workers' organizations, fellowships, etc., whether they are legal or not. A political fund organization is an organization that provides financial assistance for political parties and is limited to one per political party. This political fund organization does not include supporting organizations.
４．Notwithstanding the above 3, companies and other corporations that have the following relationship with Yokohama City, even if they are political parties and political funding organizations, their political parties, etc.・ If you support, donations related to political activities (including election campaigns) is prohibited.
Companies and other corporations that have received a decision to grant subsidies, contributions, interest subsidies, and other benefits from Yokohama City
Donations are prohibited from the date of receiving the notification from Yokohama City of the decision to grant the benefit to the day one year after the same day. However, those related to test research, investigation, or disaster recovery, and other items that do not involve any benefits due to nature are excluded.
Companies and other corporations that receive capital, basic funds, etc. from Yokohama City
It is prohibited for any period of time.
