In order to ensure that election campaigns for those who are going to run can be performed fairly, a system called election public administration is stipulated by law and regulations. There are several types of election public administration, but here we introduce the so-called public expenditure system.
With the public expenditure system, for example, when a person running for a Yokohama City council member uses a car to conduct an election campaign or makes a poster for an election campaign, Yokohama City will pay the cost to a certain limit. It is a system to bear.
In addition, thing and condition targeted for public expenditure are as follows.

[Conditions for receiving public expenses]
Public expenditure is not something that can be received if you run for the candidate, but cannot be received unless you get more than the confiscated point (Note 4).
In addition, you must sign a paid contract between the candidate and the trader, and notify the Election Commission of the ward.

Payment method for public expenditure
The public expenditure system does not mean that Yokohama City pays directly to the candidate, but is paid to the contractor contracted by the candidate.
