Promotion of return

 After World War II, the city center and port facilities were requisitioned (maximum requisition area 1,200 ha) after World War II, resulting in a significant delay in reconstruction and reconstruction. Since then, in Motoichi, for the early full return of US military facilities, which is an important issue of municipal administration, the citizens, City Counsil, and the government have worked together to realize many returns to this day. U.S. military facilities and areas will be 150ha for 4 facilities.
 We will continue to persistently promote initiatives for the early full return of U.S. military facilities in the city, such as working on the country, with your understanding and cooperation.

Proposals and requests for national systems and budgets

In accordance with the budgeting of the country, in the “Proposals and Requests for National System and Budget”, which is being implemented twice a year in accordance with the national budget compilation, carry out request actions for "return of U.S. military facilities in the city and promotion of the use of former sites" doing.

Kanagawa Prefectural Base-related Prefectural City Liaison Council (Prefectural City Association)

Ikego (Yokohama City) Requisition Land Return Promotion Kanazawa Residents' Council
